Duty Manager

To succeed in this role, you will require:
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or clubs.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of gaming operations and current RSA, RSG certifications.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

It would be an advantage to have:
• Current R.M.L.V qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• CLO Certified
