Your key responsibilities
- Support the Duty Manager in overseeing daily operations of the club.
- Provide hands-on leadership to staff, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance across all areas.
- Assist in staff training, development, and performance management.
- Resolve member and guest inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Oversee cash handling, stock control, and gaming compliance.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of gaming operations and current RSA, RSG certifications.
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
