Your key responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the club, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve excellence in customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
  • Handle member and guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist in rostering, training, and performance management of team members.
  • Support the management team in achieving operational goals.

 

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or clubs.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of gaming operations and current RSA, RSG certifications.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
