Your key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the club, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve excellence in customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
- Handle member and guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist in rostering, training, and performance management of team members.
- Support the management team in achieving operational goals.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or clubs.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of gaming operations and current RSA, RSG certifications.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
