Bribie RSL Rewards

Welcome to the Bribie Island RSL Members Rewards program, a tiered system designed to reward members who use their membership card when:

We encourage you to hand your card to our staff so that you can earn points throughout the Club. Here's some information to help you get started.

 

How Many Levels Are There?
The BRIBIE RSL REWARDS program is a five -level tiered system with each tier offering special benefits:

The more points you earn when you use your membership card to purchase goods and services, the higher the level you can achieve.

 

Can I Receive Bonus Points?
Bonus points are received through various member promotions held at the Club and swiping your member card once per day at the entrance terminal.
Depending on your tier level you will also receive Monthly Bonus Points on the points that you have earned within the previous month.

How do I Earn Points?
Use your membership card to earn points when dining at the Barcode Cafe or in the Bistro, playing a gaming machine or KENO, when you purchase beverages in any of our 4 bars or the bottle shop, and payments for functions and events. Points cannot be earned when using the TAB.

How can I use my points?
When you earn your points you can then use them to pay for food, beverages, functions and other goods in the club outlets or redeem your points for cash at the Change Cashier (minimum cash redemption is 1,000 points).
Points can also be redeemed to make donations to charitable or local community groups as authorised by the Management of Bribie Island RSL. Bribie Island RSL will then match this donation.

 

How do I know which level I am on?
Simply swipe your card through the Entrance Kiosk and your tier-level will be printed on the ticket.

 

How can I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance at any gaming machine or with the Change Cashier.

 

How do I move up levels?
On the 10th of each month your points will be reviewed and if you have earned the required amount in the preceding 12 month period you will be moved up a tier.

 

Can I go down a level?
Points will be reviewed every 6 months on the 10th July and 10th January and levels will be adjusted accordingly.

 

Do my points expire each year?
Points earned by Gold, Silver and Bronze levels can be redeemed for Rewards by 31 December of each year on which date they will then be purged.
Points for Diamond and Platinum levels do not expire unless a breach of terms and conditions occur.
In December there will be a major promotion to remind member that points will expire on the 31st December to encourage point redemption.

 

Other Information
Membership and any accrued Points or Rewards are not transferable.
Suspended, excluded or expelled members forfeit accrued points.

Can I opt out of the program?
You are able to opt out of the Bribie RSL Rewards program at any time by notifying the Board President in writing.
