At the heart of the local community, you'll find the Bribie Island RSL Club, incorporating the Bribie Island Sports Club and Waterways Motel. Our team members and members are involved in many local clubs and groups, from schools to sports clubs. Our Local Community Support program recognises these grass-roots groups and organisations by providing support to help with fundraisers, raffles, community days and other activities.
SPONSORSHIP GUIDELINES
The Bribie Island RSL Board of Directors receives many requests every day for donations and support from a wide variety of organisations and individuals. Each request is carefully assessed to determine if it meets the Bribie Island RSL's sponsorship, marketing and community objectives. Subsequently, we are unable to proceed with requests for support that do not fit within these objectives.
NB: Applications for individual sponsorship/donation requests are cross checked against the Club membership database, with preference extended to existing, long term financial members. In addition, budgetary constraints limit the number of opportunities that we can undertake.
All sponsorship/donation applications are evaluated according to pre-determined criteria, which can be found in the link below. You should respond to all criteria in your submission/proposal. Simply print the pages, complete and return to the club as shown under Submission Details, along with any relevant supporting material.

SUBMISSION DETAILS
The Bribie Island RSL Board of Directors meet monthly to review applications and will notify you regarding the outcome of your application. Applications should be submitted (arrive at the Club) no later then the 15th day of each month to ensure inclusion on the next Board agenda.
